I was the first one into town, and after checking into our accomodations I wandered around between the Christchurch Cathedral and Botanical Gardens. I don't want to do everything in the immediate area as Eric and Krisanne will arrive soon. Plus, I've walked around quite a bit over the last two days and decided to take a break and upload some photos. So far, I have added a few Auckland pictures and will post a few from Rotorua.
EDIT: Eric wound up taking a tour of the city and hiked all over a hill, and did a cruise. Krisanne rolled in and all of us went to stuff ourselves on Indian food. We turned in early as all of us were pretty tired from the days activities.
